We would like to invite you to get involved with our community time capsule project. 

We have been developing the space out the side of the Centre and turning it into a community garden for everyone to enjoy. Next year, in 2025, we would like to bury a time capsule in the garden, with 25 items in it, for it to be dug up again 25 years later in 2050! 

In 2050 we would like to let the village know what it was like to live here in 2025. We are asking you to supply items that can go in the capsule that represents what life is like in Kingswells today. This could be something about you or something you think that represents the village itself. The only thing that we ask is that it cannot be perishable, anything on paper should be laminated, and it must be small enough to fit into a container with other items.
On the 25th April 2025 we will be holding an event at the Community Centre, when the capsule will be buried. The closing date is Friday 28th March 2025, so get your thinking caps on and get involved.

Please include all names and information about you with your item so this can be included in the box.

The event in 2025 will be held at the new Community Garden and we would love everyone involved to be there, further information to follow.

The event in 2050 will be held by who knows, but you, your friends, family and maybe even your children can come along to see it!
